I made a drawing to remind myself and other people who's hasn't been looking on the brighter side of life.

I know it sometimes is hard for people to look on the bright side when you're super down. Sometimes you feel stuck, alone and helpless. Do not keep it inside. Talk to someone you know personally. Talk to someone that won't just give you advice but knows how to listen as well. Talk to someone that's one sided. You can cry all you want and be a total mess but make sure that by the end of the day, you would still be able to smile, thank God and look at the brighter side of life.
