OOTD x REALIZATION : Preventing Burnout

Someone once asked me "Ano ginagawa mo para di ka ma burnout?", And OMG, that's just like one of the hardest thing to answer. It's like being asked "Why do you love him?". It's just unexplainable.

Work is just like everyone else's Love life. There are times when you're happy and times that you get sad. There would always be times that you just want to end it because you're tired or fed up. But it's something you can't just let go in a snap, specially if you're really inlove. Kasi if you would just let go, there's a big chance that you won't get it back.

So going back to the question, here's what I have to say:
1. You won't be burnout if you love what you're doing, If you don't love it, get out.
2. You might love what you're doing but you might be over doing everything. Take things slowly but surely.
3. Ask yourself why are you there, Who or What was your motivation, then think.

I am working for my child. I am working because I want to have things without asking anyone for money. I work because if I won't, where would I be, or my family be, and Last, I stayed for more than a year, so I think I am here, and would stay here because I am inlove with what I'm doing :)

WHAT KISH WORE: Thank God It's Monday!

Monday.

For normal people, Monday is: The first day of the week, "hay nako may pasok nanaman" day, most hated day, horrible traffic jam, "ang tagal naman mag friday" day.

For me: THANK GOD IT'S MONDAY!

Okay don't hate me please. I am absolutely a normal human being having good vibes all over my body just because i go on rest day every Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Hihi. Advantage? I only need to wear business attires every Monday (Because we're required to wear business attires every Mondays - Wednesdays that means that I'd go back to work by Thursday), Less days with heavy traffic jams, less  people in the mall, More more more more rest. Anyhoos, here's what i wore at work yesterday (Monday, January 27, 2014)

I have this strong relationship with colors. I love pastels and I like everything colorful. I remembered blogging about how I love wearing colorful clothes just because It matches my personality, and how I hate wearing dull colored clothes because It looks, uhhm, sad. But yeah, been browsing my ootd's and saw that I've been wearing less colorful clothes lately.. And, I.. Like it more. hehe.

Thrifted Sweater / Black Skirt / Socks / High-Cut Sneakers

Dress (Thrifted)  / Black Pants (Thrifted) / Brown Flats (St. Francis)

So yeah, that egyptian printed top above is a dress. Had it tucked just because I don't know what shoes to wear if I'd wear it as a dress since as you all know, I only have 2 pairs of girly girl shoes, and the rest, are all weird and isn't bagay with dresses, lol.

Dress (Thrifted)  / Leggings (SM Dept. Store)  / Black Boots (Riverbanks, Marikina)

I like it because it looks more matured, Well, If i can't wear shoes that people my age wear then I'll just wear the colors people my age likes :) And i feel that Black x Brown looks decent and formal, and would make my not so business casual clothes more office appropriate. ;)

RAINY DAY OOTD'S

While I am writing this, thank God for I am not hearing the sound of the rain i heard last night before I woke up. I just hate rainy days. Rainy days back when I was in Elementary means mud on my legs and my white socks, no playtime outside the school. In Highschool, it means I can't walk on my way home, running my way to the canteen, long lines, and wet uniform. And now that I'm working, rainy days means heavy traffic, flood, mud, angry people, very angry people, hot headed people. Oh God I hate rainy days. But anyways, here's a compilation of my rainy day ootd's at work.

It's the second day today that I have woke up before my normal wake up time, and again, following that tip i read the other day, which is not to go back to sleep if you already woke up, even if it's before your alarm clock alarms, and yes, it is very useful. I wasn't feeling sleepy the whole day, I feel great, and I wasn't late for work (Actually, I was not OA sa pagka early, but I was pretty early *wink*). It was also avail at work earlier, and while I was on break, kuya Jr (My colleague) and I talked about how we landed on swann (Our account/current/forever *crosses fingers* work), I can't just make kwento the whole story, but it's so amazing how things lead us to a certain path just because It was what God wants to happen. This is why I realized that things that's happening on my life isn't random. This is why:

- Even if we have money before, I was sent to a Public School. Because of that I met Adam, I got pregnant and why I have Brhent now.

- I was just reading random posts from the world wide web and suddenly found out that I should never go back to sleep even if I woke up earlier than my wake up call, Followed it, and it's one of the reason why I have so much energy at work.

- This is why I wasn't hired on that company because It's not meant for me, I was meant to be with Swann.

- Why I wore shorts today, and got scolded by my boss because It's not allowed pala to wear short shorts but any shorts that's about knee level is allowed, It was meant na suotin ko yun so I would know na bawal pala. (Okay, that one is just so funny pero, di ba it's connected?)

When It is all finished, You will discover that:

It was never Random..

Remember: 

1. Whoever comes are the right people.

2. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.

3. Whenever it starts is the right time.

4. When it's over, it's over.

THURSDAY.

Last night, before I went to sleep, I read something about waking up before your alarm clock alarms, It says that when you wake up before your alarm clock rings, do not go back to sleep so you'd feel less groggy. Was almost late the other day because of that. I sometimes can't help but to hit on the effin' snooze button, then would go back to sleep thinking that I can make bawi my puyat, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, OH OH. It just made me feel more sleepy, weak, groggy and cranky at work, So i tried what I've read last night. I woke up earlier than my wake up call, but instead of going back to sleep, I went off le' bed, and prepared for work, and yeah, It really does help. 

a) I wasn't late. Di ako nag rush on my way to the office.

b) Wasn't feeling sleepy at work.

c) Saved myself from caffeine overdose  ╮(─▽─)╭

d) And because I wasn't rushing, I got lotsa time to prepare for work, Was able to fix my hair, although it looks like my hair got into a fist fight, but It looks okay to me anyways, haha. (~￣▽￣)~

Told you! I wasn't rushing! Selfie overload!

It's Monday, but It's okay!

I don't know if I'm just too positive or just weird, But I love Mondays. This might not be my first day of work (Because my Rest day falls on a Wednesday and Thursday) But i still see it as my first day because It's the first day of the week. I know this means "traffic jam" or "start of a long week" or even "Hay, trabaho nanaman" for most of you guys, but I'm seeing it as "New Beginning" where you can polish all the flaws you've done for the past week. It's just like the day of moving on or a start of another story.. 

I hate being and doing something negative every Monday. When I was in Highschool, being late on Monday's means that I'm going to be late for the whole week, and When I ain't late on Monday's that means that I would do everything not to be late for the whole week. Parang Magic lang ganon? lol. I just like it when I'm not late every Monday kasi It serves as a challenge for myself, Na I did good, I should be consistent. I hope I'm making sense. -______-

What I’m just trying to say is that, we always have to be positive. Let’s not look at Monday as a start of a hell week, rather a beginning of a new story, Diba ang cute? ;) Mehehehe.

GIRLS NEVER STOP PLAYING DRESS UP

   

Ever since i was a little girl, I always wanted to look presentable. I always look at magazines wishing i could dress up like them. I can but I wasn't confident that I would pull it off, then i met RIA :)

 Give her any clothes you want and she'd definitely pull it off. One thing i like about her is her attitude. I find me in her. NOT PHYSICALLY THOUGH, Because she is gorgeous,and I'm just.. Umm.. Cute? Hahahahahaha. So yeah, Going back on my own litol story, She taught me to be confident on whatever I wear, and I would be able to pull it off. It's just now that I enjoy dressing up, thanks to her! :D

We work in the same company but different shift. Her shift starts when I end mine, so bohooo. :( 

Our company is not that strict with the clothes we wear, Before, Everyday is dress up day, We can wear anything we want to. But Now, we were asked to dress up in business casual on weekdays and wear anything we want to during weekends.

I don't know if this is business casual but these are my version of Business Casual. Hahahaha. I'm trying to look for work outfits because I don't want to be wearing the same clothes over and over and over again  (Cartoon lang? lol) and for me to have an idea what else to wear, And these are what I found on pinterest:

I just can't see myself looking so formal, It's just so not me, and these clothes looks cute but can be called smart :) Let's just not be stucked on black and white and too formal, sometimes it's nice to play with colors, It's like being formal and young at the same time, yeah?
