THURSDAY.

Last night, before I went to sleep, I read something about waking up before your alarm clock alarms, It says that when you wake up before your alarm clock rings, do not go back to sleep so you'd feel less groggy. Was almost late the other day because of that. I sometimes can't help but to hit on the effin' snooze button, then would go back to sleep thinking that I can make bawi my puyat, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, OH OH. It just made me feel more sleepy, weak, groggy and cranky at work, So i tried what I've read last night. I woke up earlier than my wake up call, but instead of going back to sleep, I went off le' bed, and prepared for work, and yeah, It really does help.
a) I wasn't late. Di ako nag rush on my way to the office.
b) Wasn't feeling sleepy at work.
c) Saved myself from caffeine overdose ╮(─▽─)╭
d) And because I wasn't rushing, I got lotsa time to prepare for work, Was able to fix my hair, although it looks like my hair got into a fist fight, but It looks okay to me anyways, haha. (~ ̄▽ ̄)~
